im excited for tomorrow :) me, em, and lauren are heading to LA tomorrow. locations? destinations? little tokyo, chinatown, AA factory, maybe melrose? hopefully i dont spend too much. i spent a fortune today for TWO dinners. yes two. i had work in fullerton today so after i got off i went to eat at Chomp with my friend nicole fabela. everyones always raving about how good the sushi is there, and honestly, i dont see it. its really overpriced and my mouth was a flaming inferno after eating that thai beef salad. i couldnt taste anything for a good 5 minutes. so that dinner cost me $20, after that, nicole wanted to go to yogurtland so that cost me another $4. which isnt bad because usually i go well over $5 due to my stockpiling of mochi. i then drove back to arcadia only to go eat dinner with krystle and justin at sinbala. now do you believe im prettty fat? not that that needed any convincing in the first place right?

on a side note: ALEXANDER MCQUEEN FOR TARGET?!! WHAT?!!


ohp lauren just reminded me, when we go to LA tomorrow, we have to go to orochon. best ramen. i cant wait! im really starting to think that food is the one single thing that makes me this happy.

man fatty tanny is back. ive been eating so much!-despite my wisdom teeth situation- i feel like i should puke, to keep from rolling around uncontrollably. anyway today was my day to finally sleep in! i specifically turned off my cellphone so that nobody would call me and ruin that. it was working out perfectly, i even had this really weird dream that i saw a shooting star, and then out of nowhere all the stars started exploding into fireworks. i was freaking out in my dream, until my mom woke me up. food call. i got up, showered and went out to eat viet food with the family. ok anyway, before i forget, a picture post.

a weeks worth

man, finally i get to blog. feels good. im never leaving my laptop in fullerton ever again.

i just came back from fullerton cause i had work. made a meals worth of tips :) basically made waffles and scooped my arms off the whole shift. anyway, i have to open at bp tomorrow so i really should be sleeping. but i feel like blogging first- like steve says, i really do need to get my priorities straight.

i got my wisdom teeth pulled on saturday, surprisingly, im not swollen. not one bit. i think that kind of pissed justin off cause when he took his out...oh jesus. i didnt even say hi to him when i saw him, i just made a sarcastic comment about his ballooned face. only i would do that...but yeah the same day i got my teeth pulled, i went out with krystle, justin and lauren-again, only i would do that.

not only do i dislike people that somehow mysteriously get my sn, but i also dislike people that cant use somewhat understandable grammar, oh and people who cant read? my name is shown both on my facebook AND my AIM.

broken and fat

you know those nights where you seem to just drift off without knowing it and somehow you wake up and its suddenly morning, your hair is a mess, your makeup is still on, and you feel like complete shit? yeah...well it happened. i felt like crap, and i felt like i didnt get any sleep what so ever. it doesnt help that im an idiot either. i accidentally punched my shower head when i got out and my pinky finger pretty much died. i stood there, i think for exactly 4 minutes, not moving with my jaw to the ground. now when i crack my knuckle, it sends pain surging down from my finger down to my wrist. im ridiculous. anyway, here are some pictures from lauren's place:
















 

simba and lions

yes. that was my bp party night, in a nutshell. anyway, the trip to big bear with the family was good. it was the first time i saw snow fall, and it was worth the cold feet. we spent two nights in the cabin, watching tv and sleeping. i spent the day playing in the snow (as long as i possibly could, i didnt walk far. my feet would sink in 2 feet with every step) and by night i would cook dinner for the fam, read and fall into deep spells of unconsciousness. theres something about snow that brings grogginess and nostalgia. as much as i love the snow though, i cant ever live in a place like big bear. its nice to get away and go up to relax. but its just too quiet. i cant deny the fact that im a big town girl, made to only be able to survive in a place like LA. either way, i love the snow and quiet a lot too. i think were planning on another trip up to big bear in that cabin with a few of my friends. it should be fun :) i hope it comes through, theres nothing worse than a good thing gone to waste. anyway, heres a couple of pictures from a kickback/poker get together at the apt. about a week ago.

i had the most amazing new years day. it started up rough but i tried to keep my head up throughout the day-especially because if i kept my head down for too long, my nose would start leaking...yeah still sick-anyway, after i got off work, i went home, showered and then headed to emily's place to chill for alittle bit before heading off to anthony's where some of the crew members from NFP showed up. he texted me earlier today telling me that apparently the executive producer of the perfect woman wanted most of the members from NFP to go to her house (more like mansion) for dinner. so about 7 of us met up at anthonys, we kind of lagged since while we were there, anthony found out that the short actually won a silver award for the honolulu film festival! :) so anyway, we headed off to the executive producer's mansion and i seriously felt like i was in a dream or something. her house was absolutely amazing. it was HUGE and had a great view. im just sorry that rio couldnt make it. i know that he would have been the most excited out of all of us. he would be snapping pictures like a madman. anyway, we had dinner, and me and jen headed to emily's house for a new years kickback. we played hold'em, ate, watched tv, etc. and i got my first new years kiss! ;)...from emily-but whatever! we then took a shot together. hah i actually didnt drink anything but that one shot. so now im home, since i do need to open tomorrow at 7:30. hopefully i dont wake up late again :\

HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2009 should be a great year. my only resolution is to not take things too seriously, and to focus on being happy and benefiting others whenever i can.
