sex appeal

sitting here, ive been studying all day. occasionally i decided to award myself with a break. earlier i watched Thank You For Smoking for a little bit, while eating some almond jello and tumblrin'. after about 4 hours of studying, i decided to leave the rest for tomorrow. so i put down my 100000 flashcards and turned on the tv, since i needed to wait for justin and chris to come and get me so we could meet up with everyone else in irvine. i start flipping through channels and settle on a show titled: "Sex Appeal" on the Discovery Channel.

Things I've learned:
  1. physical attraction comes from symmetry
  2. the concept of being shallow is actually a natural instinct to find the best compatible partner
  3. our main purpose in life is to survive and reproduce--survival of the fittest--therefore, it is instinct for us to go for people who are attractive, so that our children can be attractive, and they can in turn, find a mate and reproduce.
  4. our faces are constantly changing from day to day.
  5. women's faces become more attractive and appealing as they approach ovulation. their voice also reaches a higher pitch.
  6. most men stare and are attracted to a woman's breast because subconsciously, it signals the fact that that woman has gone through puberty, which means they are fertile and are able to reproduce.
